Trans World Logistics

Our office is at number 118 on Dr Radhakrishnan Salai. We’re right across from the City Centre mall in Mylapore. It’s a very busy part of town, which makes it easy for people to find us but hard to find parking. We’ve been in this building for several years. It’s a straightforward setup. We handle logistics, so our desks are usually covered in manifests and schedules. There are a few of us here, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits pretty well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where work gets done. We have a small pantry where we make tea. Sometimes we walk over to the mall for lunch if we have the time. Most days we’re too busy for that. We deal with a lot of different types of cargo. It’s mostly about making sure the timing works out. We use the phones a lot. The windows look out onto the main road, so we see the traffic crawl by. It’s a good location for a business like ours because we’re central. We aren't big on corporate meetings or long presentations. We just get the info we need and pass it along to the right people. It's practical work for practical people at Trans World Logistics.
