You can find us at Towertop Civil Engineering Pvt. Ltd. over in Ayyappanthangal. Our office is on the second floor of a building on Mettu Street, specifically Unit S1 in the 2/533 block. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of residential houses and small shops around us in V.G.N. Nagar. We aren't in one of those huge glass towers in the city center. Instead, we work from this local spot where we can actually see the community we are part of. Inside, the office is usually cluttered with site drawings, measuring tapes, and stacks of files. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a breeze through the windows, which is nice during the humid Chennai afternoons. We spend a lot of our time out at construction sites, but this office is where we come back to do the calculations and the planning for the next day. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking the structural details on a project. We don’t have a big marketing department or polished brochures to show off. Most of our work comes from people in the area who know us or have seen our signs on nearby building sites. It’s a steady way of working that focuses more on the actual engineering and solving problems than the corporate image. We just try to get the drawings right.
