We are Tmsa Projects Private Limited, located over at Plot No 131 on Vgp Panneer Nagar Main Road. Mogappair is a busy place, and we’ve been here in Chennai for a good while now. Most days are spent looking over project plans or talking to vendors on the phone. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. People often ask what we do exactly. We handle different types of projects, mostly construction-related stuff around this part of town. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the field visits out of the way early in the morning. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for the trucks to get through, but we manage. It’s a lot of coordination, really. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in Chennai our whole lives. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist to greet you, just a few desks and some filing cabinets full of site drawings. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We mostly deal with local suppliers because it’s easier to check the quality that way. If you walk past the Mogappair plot, you’ll probably see us coming and going. We don’t spend much time sitting around. There is always something that needs fixing or a permit that needs following up on. That’s just how this business goes.
