Tkm Nirman Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Ram Nagar, specifically on the 5th Main Road in South Madipakkam. The office is at 863A, and it is a place where we spend a lot of our time going over blueprints and construction schedules. Madipakkam has changed a lot lately with so many new buildings going up, and being right in the middle of it keeps us busy. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough space for the desks and the stacks of project files that seem to grow every week. We are often out at different sites, so the office might be quiet for a few hours before everyone comes back with mud on their shoes. We handle the usual stuff like permits, materials, and talking to the labor crews. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes there are delays with the rain or getting the right materials delivered, but we just deal with it as it comes. The 5th Main Road is a busy street, so there is always a bit of background noise from the traffic. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while and like being close to the projects we manage. It is just a group of us working to get the structures built and the paperwork finished properly.
