Titanium Skyline Private Limited

Titanium Skyline Private Limited is based out of Mettukuppam. Our office is at No 8 B9 in Sree Vidhya Avenue, which is part of the Chennai-600097 postal area. We deal with the building side of the city, looking at the skyline and trying to add our own small pieces to it. The office is not very large and is mostly filled with site photographs and folders full of different permissions. We spend our days talking to engineers and checking on how much progress the guys at the site have managed to make. Mettukuppam is developing quite a lot lately, so we are kept very busy with new projects and land queries. It involves a lot of phone calls and dusty site visits. We do not wear suits to work; it is usually just plain shirts and jeans because of the heat and the dirt on the construction sites. We try to keep our operations as simple as possible. If a wall needs to be built, we get it done. If a plot of land needs to be cleared, we find the right people for it. There is no magic trick to what we do, just a lot of manual labor and making sure we stay on schedule. Sree Vidhya Avenue is a decent enough place to work from. We have a few locals who stop by for a chat or to ask about the new buildings.
