TIL Projects Private Limited is based in the Rajah Annamalai Building at 72 Marshalls Road in Egmore. If you've ever tried to park around here, you know it can be a real struggle. The office itself has a lot of history since it's an older building. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our space is usually cluttered with files, drawings, and half-empty tea cups. We aren't really the type to keep everything perfectly organized because we are always on the move. It’s a small team here, just a handful of us who handle the planning and the back-office side of our projects. Egmore is a central spot, which makes it easier to get to different sites around Chennai, even if the traffic on Marshalls Road is a nightmare during rush hour. We don’t have any flashy signs or a big receptionist desk. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to get the details right. It’s not a very glamorous life, but we enjoy the work we do. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the city over the years from our window here. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current projects we have on our plate. It’s a straightforward way to run things.
