Lg Best Shop

You can find us over at Sri Vidya Avenue on OMR in Thoraipakkam. We are right across the street from the KFC, so it’s easy for people to spot us when they are out for lunch or doing their shopping. The shop is at number 4/434 and it’s a fairly large space with plenty of glass windows. We spend a lot of our time unpacking boxes and making sure the displays look decent for whoever walks in. The OMR traffic is always humming in the background and it gets really busy in the evenings when everyone is heading home from the nearby IT parks. Inside, it’s a bit cooler because of the AC, which is a relief from the Chennai heat outside. We have various appliances lined up on the floor and we spend the day explaining how the different models work to local families. Sometimes we have to move heavy fridges or washing machines around to make room for new stock arriving at the back door. The staff stays busy answering questions and writing up bills on the computer. We have a small back room where we keep our tools and spare parts for any quick fixes that come up. It is a straightforward retail environment where we just talk to customers and help them find what they need for their homes. We don't do much fancy talk, we just show them the features and tell them the price. It’s a steady pace from morning till we close.
