Our address is a bit confusing because of the old and new numbers. It’s Old No.16A but now it’s New No. 1/1 on 3rd Main Road. We’re in Narayanasamy Garden in Kodungaiyur. The name Peters Promoters Of Environmental Technologies And Energy Resources is quite a mouthful, so we usually just say the whole thing slow. It’s a residential-feeling area but we do our work here. The garden isn’t really a garden anymore, just a bunch of buildings and streets. 3rd Main Road stays pretty busy with scooters zooming past. We have a small office space. It’s nothing like those glass buildings downtown. We have a few cupboards full of papers and some old desks that have been here since we started. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks at everyone who walks by, which is a bit annoying during calls. We like it here in Kodungaiyur though. It’s got a real local feel to it. People know who we are. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations. We just focus on the energy and environment projects we have on hand. It’s a lot of reading and planning. Sometimes we sit on the porch area if the weather is okay. It’s just a normal house converted for our work, really. It keeps things simple and low-key. We find that the New No. 1/1 is easier for the postman to find these days.
