M5

M5 is located up on the 4th floor of Kasi Arcade on Thyagaraya Road. It’s a busy building and sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. Being at 116 Thyagaraya Road means we are right in the middle of all the noise and energy of the city. Our space is just a regular office where we handle our daily business. We don't have fancy decorations or a lounge area for guests; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and files. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes across our desks. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a keyboard. The view from the 4th floor gives us a look at the street below, which is always packed with cars and people. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the weather is humid and the air conditioning is struggling to keep up. We don’t put much effort into being flashy or sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a group of people working together in this building. Usually, we are too busy with the actual work to worry about how we look to the outside world. People who need to find us know where the arcade is. We just show up, do the hours, and head home like everyone else on this street. It is a simple setup for a lot of hard work.
