If you’re looking for Thomas Fabricators, we’re at P.No. 2 on Thomas Street. It’s funny that the street has the same name as the business, but that’s just how it is here in Balaji Nagar, Ambattur. We’ve been in this neighborhood for many years now. The shop is a bit small, but we’ve learned how to use every inch of the space we have. Most of our day is spent welding or cutting pipes and sheets. It’s hard work, and the sparks are always flying. Ambattur is a well-known hub for this kind of stuff, so we’re surrounded by people who understand the trade. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture. Usually, there's just a small desk covered in sketches and scraps of paper. We prefer being out where the tools are. People around Thomas Street know us as the place where you can get things fabricated without any nonsense. We don't make big promises; we just tell you when it’ll be done and then we do it. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening if a job is proving to be difficult. That's just how the fabrication business goes. We don't mind the long hours as long as the work is coming in and we can keep the lights on. It's a local shop run by people who live nearby. It’s our life and we just take it one project at a time.
