D. V. Engineering Works

D. V. Engineering Works is found at No. 37 38 Perumal Nagar in Thirumudivakkam. We have a couple of units there where we keep all our heavy gear. Thirumudivakkam is known for being a hub for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. Our space at Perumal Nagar is mostly just a large open area with workbenches and machinery. It’s not a place you’d come to for a quiet meeting. There is usually the sound of metal being cut or welded, and there’s always a bit of smoke in the air. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. If you want to see what we do, you have to come onto the shop floor. We keep a small desk in the corner for the paperwork, but most of the time is spent out with the machines. The address at No. 37 38 is where we’ve built our reputation over the years. It’s a practical setup for an engineering firm. We don't go in for big mission statements or corporate values. We just show up, look at the drawings, and get to work. The guys here have plenty of experience, and we just get on with things without making a big deal out of it. Perumal Nagar is a good spot for us because the logistics work out well for moving our finished products.
