The Image Works Inc, Fz-Llc, Dubai

We are based out of Plot No 36 on Thiruvalluvar Street, right in the B Block of Kurinji Nagar. It might seem a bit strange seeing Dubai in the name while we’re sitting here in Madurai, but that’s just the way the paperwork was set up. We handle a lot of photo and video work from this small office. It’s a busy neighborhood, and finding parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly computers, cameras, and a lot of tangled cables. We spend our days editing pictures or planning out shoots for people. It’s not a flashy studio with bright lights everywhere. We mostly work with what we have and try to make things look good. Sometimes we’re out on the field all day, and the office stays locked up. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a lens. The tea shop at the corner is where we usually end up talking about projects. We’ve been in this Madurai spot for a while now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the work to get around to it. People drop by to pick up their prints or look at some drafts. We keep it straightforward and don’t use a lot of big words.
