S. Murugesan Studio

S. Murugesan Studio is located right on Nainiappa Street at number 37. If you know this part of the city, you know it gets quite busy around here. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. Most days are pretty much the same. We open up the studio in the morning and wait to see who walks through the door. It’s a simple space, nothing fancy, just the tools we need to get the job done. People come to us for all sorts of things, and we try to help them out as best as we can without making things complicated. It’s just us here, keeping things moving. Sometimes the street gets noisy with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on what’s in front of us. We deal with neighbors and locals mostly. There is always something to do, whether it is tidying up or checking the equipment again. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It's more about the physical work. We like it that way. If you are passing by No. 37, you’ll see our sign. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a steady one. It’s been a long journey on this street. Some faces change, but the work stays the same. We take it day by day. That is how we have always done things here. It's just a regular studio life.
