Twobrothers Photography

Me and my brother started Twobrothers Photography a few years back because we just liked messing around with cameras. We spend most of our time between Nungambakkam and Adyar, usually lugging heavy gear bags through the humid streets. It is not a fancy studio with marble floors or anything like that. Our workspace is mostly just a bunch of hard drives, half-empty coffee mugs, and some old tripods leaning against the walls. We take photos of weddings, local events, and sometimes just people who need a decent picture for work. It gets really busy during the wedding season and we end up losing a lot of sleep editing until three in the morning. Sometimes the lighting at a venue is terrible or the rain starts pouring right when we are supposed to shoot outdoors, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big team or a secretary answering phones, so if you call, you just get one of us on the line. Most days are spent driving back and forth across the city trying to beat the traffic to get to a shoot on time. We use Nikon and Sony gear mostly, but the equipment keeps changing as we save up enough to upgrade. It is just a local business run by two guys who know how to handle a camera and don't mind the long hours on their feet. We are usually around Nungambakkam if anyone needs to drop off a drive or talk about a shoot.
