Here at THANGAVAYAL DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, we keep things pretty simple. Our office is located at New No. 18, which used to be Old No. 16, on 46th Street in Ashok Nagar. It can be a bit confusing with the numbers changing, but we’ve been here long enough that most people know where we are. We work as developers, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to build on it. Ashok Nagar is a busy place, and being on 46th street puts us right in the middle of everything. We aren't the type to wear suits every day. Usually, we are in work clothes because we're often out on a site. The office is just a place for us to meet and handle the legal side of development. We don't have a big marketing budget or any of those polished brochures. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just try to do our part by doing honest work. Developing property is a slow process with lots of steps, so we take it one day at a time. If you’re walking down 46th street, you’ll see our door. It’s a plain place but it works for us. We just want to keep building and growing our little business here.
