TEJSRI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Tejsri Constructions is based in Arumbakkam at No. 10/2 on Sanjeevi Street. Arumbakkam is one of those parts of Chennai that always feels like it’s in a hurry. Sanjeevi Street is a bit narrower, so it’s a little quieter than the main roads, but not by much. Our office is just a regular building where we handle all the logistics for our construction jobs. We have a few desks and a lot of shelf space for the various samples of bricks, tiles, and pipes we use. The staff here is mostly local, so we all know the area pretty well. Most days, the office is empty for a few hours in the middle of the day because everyone is out at the sites checking on the workers. We come back in the late afternoon to finish up the paperwork and answer emails. We don't really have a corporate culture or anything like that. We just focus on getting the foundations poured and the walls built. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about a truck blocking the way, and we have to go move it. It’s all part of working in a crowded city like Chennai. We keep our operations simple and don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over a site plan on the main desk.
