Tansi Structural & Galvanizing Works

We’ve been here in the Tiru Vi Ka Estate for quite some time now. Most people around Guindy know where we are because we do a lot of the heavy structural work and galvanizing for all sorts of projects. It’s a busy spot to be in. The workshop floor is always noisy with the sound of metal moving around and the tanks getting things ready for coating. It isn't a fancy place by any means, just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with a lot of steel parts that need to last a long time outside. The weather here in Chennai can be really tough on metal with the humidity, so the galvanizing part of what we do is pretty important for keeping things from rusting away too fast. Our crew knows their way around the yard. Sometimes the trucks get backed up at the gate, and it can be a bit of a mess, but that is just how it goes in an industrial area like this. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. If someone needs something galvanized or a frame put together, they usually find us without much trouble. It is hard work, messy sometimes, and the heat from the tanks can be a lot, but it’s what we know. We aren't big on talk. We just like to make sure the finish is right before it leaves the estate.
