We talk to the drivers, the local laborers, and the guys running the nearby hardware shops. It’s a lot of coordination. Savarimuthu Street has its own rhythm. We open early because that’s when the traffic is a bit easier for the deliveries. By midday, it’s a total scramble outside. We just stay focused on the orders. There’s no marketing team here, just us answering the phone and checking the ledger.
