Saai Screens

We have been here at 41 Venkatesan Street in West Tambaram for a good while now. Most people just walk in when they need a screen fixed or a new one put up for their windows. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a workspace where we get things done. Some days it gets pretty crowded with metal frames leaning against the walls, but that's just how it goes in a small shop. If you are looking for Saai Screens, we are right there in the neighborhood. We handle all the measuring and the fitting ourselves. Sometimes the mesh gets tricky to pull tight, but we’ve had enough practice that it usually comes out right the first time. It’s mostly just us working with our hands every day. People around here know where to find us if their old screens are torn or if they are moving into a new place and need everything covered. We don't have a sales team. You just talk to whoever is working that day. We try to keep things simple. The shop isn't hard to find if you know the street. We’ve seen the area change a lot, but we’re still here doing the same work. It’s steady and we like it that way. No big fuss, just getting the jobs finished so people can keep the bugs out. Most of our tools have been with us for years. It’s a lot of manual labor, cutting and stretching, but it keeps us busy. If the phone rings, we answer it, but usually, folks just drop by to talk in person.
