J N Fenestrations

Our shop is right on M.T.H. Road in Villivakkam, at number 247/115. If you know this part of the city, you know how the traffic gets during the day. We spend a lot of our time listening to the horns outside while we work on frames and glass. It is a bit cramped inside with all the aluminum sections and tools lying around on the tables. We try to keep things organized but when three orders come in at once, the floor gets messy very fast. Usually, it is just us measuring things out and cutting them to size. Some days the saws are running from the morning until the sun goes down. The dust from the metal gets everywhere, even in our tea. People stop by asking about window fittings or how to fix a sliding door that won't budge anymore. We don't have a big office or anything, just a small desk with a lot of papers and some samples of glass leaned against the wall. Sometimes the heat in Villivakkam makes the metal pieces too hot to touch so we have to use thick gloves. It is just a regular local business. We have been on this road for a good bit now and most of the neighbors know our faces. We just focus on getting the glass to fit the frames right so they don't rattle when the wind blows. It is a lot of standing and lifting.
