We are located at No. 174/6 on Unnamalai Ammal Street, which is just off North Usman Road in T. Nagar. If you’ve ever been to T. Nagar, you know how incredibly busy it gets with all the shopping and the crowds. Our office is tucked away in that area, and it serves as our home base for all the home building projects we handle. Swarna Homes isn't a giant company with shiny glass walls; we’re more about the actual building part. We spend our time looking at plans, talking to carpenters, and making sure the plumbing is going in where it should. T. Nagar is a loud and energetic place to work, and we’ve grown used to the constant noise of the city while we’re trying to focus. Some days are a bit of a scramble, especially when we’re trying to move materials through the narrow streets around North Usman Road. It takes a bit of patience to work in this part of Chennai, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels normal now. We don't use any slick sales talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and try to do it. There’s always a list of things that need fixing or checking on a house site. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but seeing a project get finished is a decent feeling after all the work that goes into it. We keep things pretty simple around here.
