Swaruba Engineering Construction (P) Ltd

We are Swaruba Engineering Construction (P) Ltd, and we’ve been based at 15 Solai 3rd Street in Ayaanavaram for a long time. Chennai is a big place, but this little corner of it feels like home to us. Our office is on a typical residential-looking street, so it’s not some big glass tower. We have a lot of files piled up and maps of different sites we’re working on. The humidity here can be really tough, so the fan is always on high speed, clicking away. Most of the time, the people you see here are covered in a bit of dust because they’ve just come back from a site visit. We don't have those fancy coffee machines; we just get tea from the stall around the corner. It’s a straightforward business. We talk about bricks, cement, and timelines all day long. Sometimes the rain messes up our plans and we have to sit around and wait for the ground to dry. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s real. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers well. When things get busy, the phone doesn't stop, and it gets a bit chaotic in the small office space. We just try to keep everything moving forward without making too much of a fuss. It’s just us doing our thing in 600023, day in and day out, trying to stay on top of the work.
