Our place is No 74/3 in Abinandan Nagar. It is located in the Nanmangalam area. Swarna Sakthi Ganapathi is the name we have on the door. It is a local operation, nothing too fancy or corporate about it. We started here because the area was growing and it seemed like a good spot to set up a small business. We handle various bits of work throughout the day. The street outside can be a bit quiet during the afternoons, which is nice for getting the paperwork finished. We mostly just focus on what is right in front of us. There are a few of us working here, mostly family or people we have known for many years. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk to the people who walk in. If someone needs something, we see if we can do it for them. Nanmangalam has changed quite a bit since we first got here, but we are still at the same address. The building is simple and we try our best to keep it clean. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a shop. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in the summer, so we just sit on the steps and wait it out.
