Our office is tucked away in Shenoy Nagar on 7th Cross Street. It's an older part of Chennai, which we like. The address is a bit confusing sometimes because of the new and old numbers—New No. 38 and Old No. 34—but once you find the street, it’s easy enough. Svinder Infrastructures Private Limited is the name on the door. We mainly focus on infrastructure projects. That means a lot of technical drawings, dealing with contractors, and making sure materials arrive when they should. It is a lot of coordination. Chennai can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the rain, but we've gotten used to it. Our team is small but we know what we are doing. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. The office is usually filled with stacks of files and plans for various projects we are juggling. We've been around this area for a while now. Shenoy Nagar is a good base for us. We handle the day-to-day tasks of running an infrastructure firm without making a lot of noise about it. There’s always something to fix or a deadline to meet. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big marketing plans. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the work is slow and sometimes it is all at once. That's just how this business works for us at Svinder. We just keep our heads down and work.
