Down in Madipakkam, you'll find us at No. 50, on Periyar Nagar Extn 4th Street. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. Our office is a small place. We have a few desks and a shelf full of old project files that we probably should have archived years ago. But that is how it goes when you are busy. We focus on construction projects around the Chennai area. Most of the time we are out on the field, so the office is often empty except for maybe one or two people handling the phones. We don't really do the whole "mission statement" thing. We just take on jobs and try to finish them the right way. Madipakkam has grown a lot, and we have been lucky enough to be part of some of that growth. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when a deadline is coming up. We use simple tools and simple language. If something is broken, we fix it. If a wall needs building, we build it. We’ve got a small team and we trust each other. That’s more important to us than having a fancy office in the middle of the city. Periyar Nagar is a good place to be, and we plan to stay here for a while.
