Sustenere Structures Private Limited is based in Mogappair, Chennai. Our office is at No.38, Bharathidasan Nagar. It’s a standard office setup where we do all the planning and the boring bits like accounting. Most of the real action happens out at the construction sites across the city. Chennai is a big place, and getting through the traffic to check on a project in another zone can take half the day. We focus on structural work, making sure things are built to last and won't fall down. It involves a lot of math and looking at steel reinforcements. We have a few desks, some computers that are a bit slow, and a lot of rolled-up drawings sitting in the corner. People in the neighborhood know us as the structural guys. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at the plans, see what’s needed, and get the materials to the site. Sometimes there are hiccups with the labor or the weather ruins a week of work, but we just adjust and keep going. We've been in the 600037 area for a while now. The team here is pretty laid back, we drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on our mobile phones coordinating with site supervisors. It’s just regular work for regular people who need something built right in Chennai. We try to be helpful whenever someone drops by with a question.
