Our small office is located at number 40 in Avadi, which is right near St. Peter's Engineering College. It is a very busy spot because of all the students and the buses constantly going by. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It used to be much quieter, but now there are shops and houses popping up everywhere you look. We mostly deal with small plots of land and local houses around this area. People usually just drop in because they saw our board while walking to the college or the bus stop. We do not have a big team or anything polished. It is usually just one or two of us here, surrounded by files and maps of the local layouts. When it gets really hot in the afternoon, we just turn the fan on high and keep working through the paperwork. A lot of our time is spent actually out on the road, looking at sites and talking to owners. If you come by and the door is locked, it just means we are out showing a property to someone. We do not do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth works better for us. People know we live nearby and that we will not give them a hard time. We just try to help folks find a decent bit of land or a house that fits what they need. It is plain and simple work, and we are fine with that.
