We are located at number 2 Sapthagiri Street in Annai Indira Nagar, which is part of the Velachery area in Chennai. It’s a pretty busy part of town, though our specific street is a little quieter. Suriya United Promoters is where we manage our various property projects. We don't have a big corporate setup here. It's mostly just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in local plots. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and making sure the sites are being looked after. Velachery has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it firsthand. Sometimes the monsoon season makes things a bit difficult with the water, but we're used to how this area works. Our days are filled with phone calls, site visits, and trying to keep the paperwork in order. It isn't a very complicated business, but it requires a lot of attention to detail. We don't use any fancy talk or try to impress anyone. We just tell people what we have available and what the situation is. It's a local business run by local people. We show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving forward. If you're in the neighborhood, we’re usually around during the day. It is just a normal office for regular local property work.
