At Sun Engineering Construction, we've been around Jai Nagar for a while now. Being so close to the CMBT bus terminus means it’s pretty busy around here, but it makes it easy for people to find the office. We do construction work. Mostly we handle local projects. It started with just a couple of us. We spend a lot of our time on-site at different builds around Arumbakkam. The office is at 2B, 2Nd Street. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much. People usually just drop in when they need something fixed or a new wall put up. We don't have a big fancy setup. It's just a desk, some blueprints, and a lot of coffee. We know the soil around here and what kind of foundations work. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We remember when some of these streets were much quieter. Now there’s more concrete everywhere. We just keep our heads down and get the job done. Sometimes we have to juggle a few things at once. It can get messy with all the dust and noise. But that’s just how building things goes. We keep our tools in the back. If you’re coming from the bus stand, it’s just a short walk. We don’t really do much advertising. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
