Our office is on the ground floor over on Brindavan Street Extension in West Mambalam. If you are looking for us, look for the old number 20 A or the new number 49. It can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. West Mambalam is a busy area of Chennai, and we like being right in the middle of it. Summit Hr India is where we spend our hours talking about people and jobs. We do a lot of HR stuff, which mostly means we handle the boring but important paperwork that companies don’t want to do themselves. We also help people find where they fit in different companies. It’s a lot of interviewing and checking references. Our office isn't very big, but it’s comfortable enough. We have a fan that makes a bit too much noise, but it keeps us cool during the hot afternoons. We usually have a lot of folders on the desks and post-it notes everywhere. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in India; we just want to do right by the people who come to us. Some days we have back-to-back meetings and other days it’s just quiet work at the computers. We like the local food joints nearby for our lunch breaks because the coffee there is great. It’s a very Chennai kind of life. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of all the requests.
