Arb Enterprises

We set up Arb Enterprises at number 23 Kamaraj Nagar because we wanted to run a business that was easy to deal with. We handle a bit of everything, mostly supplies that local shops and households need on a daily basis. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary for the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our inventory levels. The space we have isn't huge, but we make it work for us. Sometimes things get a bit cluttered when a big shipment arrives out of nowhere. We try to keep things organized, but we're human and things get messy. We value the relationships we have with the people in Kamaraj Nagar. They know they can just drop by and ask for what they need. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules to follow. We focus on showing up on time and doing what we said we would do. My brother and I started this a few years back to be our own bosses. It was slow at first, but we’ve built a steady group of customers who trust us. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most people find us through word of mouth or seeing the shop. If we don't have something in stock, we'll tell you straight and try to help. It’s just how things should be done.
