Sultan Developers is located on TTK Road in Alwarpet, which is one of the older neighborhoods in Chennai. We’re at New No. 57, though the old number was 30. Our office is in the basement at B1. It’s a bit of a hideaway from the noise and heat of TTK Road, which is always packed with traffic. Being in the basement, we don’t get a lot of natural light, but it’s a quiet place where we can get our work done without too many distractions. We handle property development, which involves a lot of sitting around and going through legal papers and site plans. Our desks are usually buried under folders and old blueprints. We aren't the kind of company that has a big, polished reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll likely just find us at our desks with a cup of tea. We have a small team, and most of us have been in the real estate business for a long time. We know the Chennai market and the local regulations, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything is in order. We don't make big, flashy claims about our projects. We just focus on the details and try to get things built properly. Alwarpet is a great location for us because it’s central, making it easy to meet people. It’s just a regular office for regular work.
