Sukeerti Properties Llp is our company name. We are over in Anna Nagar East. You can find us at Newry Grandeur, which is at No.19. It used to be called Old No.11, so that sometimes confuses people who haven't been here in a while. We are in B-Block on 2nd Avenue. Anna Nagar is a pretty busy part of Chennai-600102. There are always people walking around and plenty of shops nearby. Our office in Newry Grandeur is where we do all our property business. It’s a decent building. We have enough space for our team and all the files we have to keep. We aren't into big corporate speeches or anything like that. We are just a local group working in the Chennai real estate market. The 2nd Avenue area is pretty easy to find if you know your way around Anna Nagar East. Our day usually starts with checking emails and then it’s a lot of phone calls about different properties. Sometimes we have to run out to meet people or check on a site. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like what we do. The office is comfortable enough, though it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork. We just keep things moving along. It’s a normal office for a normal business. We've been at this address for a good while.
