Subm Developers Private Limited

Our office is tucked away on Kannabiran Kovil Street in Uthandi. It's a quiet area mostly, though it gets a bit more life during the local temple festivals. Being Subm Developers Private Limited means we spend a lot of time looking at plots of land and trying to figure out where things should go. It’s not always easy work, and there is usually a lot of dust and back-and-forth with contractors. We started out small and we’ve stayed that way, working out of 2/54. The building isn't brand new, but it serves us well for meeting people and keeping our records straight. Uthandi is a nice part of the city, closer to the coast, so the air feels a bit different here compared to the center. We handle a lot of the planning and the boring stuff that goes into building something new. You’ll usually find one of us drinking tea and staring at a blueprint or a site map on the wall. We don’t use those big fancy digital presentations. Usually, it’s just us explaining things over a wooden table. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle for visitors. We like the local vibe of the street though. It’s been our base for a good while. People around here know us as the guys who are always checking out construction sites. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just want to get the work done.
