You can find Stj Electronics Pvt. Ltd. over at No: 2 in the Guindy Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial zone like this means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops. It’s a place where things actually get built. We’ve been here for a while, tucked away among the other units. Our focus is on electronics, mostly the bits and pieces that go inside larger machines or systems. It’s not the kind of stuff you see on a shelf in a mall, but it’s important for keeping things running. The office and the workshop area sort of bleed into each other, so there are always soldering irons, circuit boards, and multimeters lying around. It’s not always the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. The guys working here have a lot of experience with the technical side of things. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to figure out why a particular component isn't behaving like it should. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk to our customers directly and try to solve their problems. Guindy is a good spot for us because it’s central and everyone knows how to get here. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going while we work on the latest batch of boards. We’re just a local electronics firm doing our part.
