John Agency

We've been at House No- 1 in the Sri Sai Vasanth Complex for a while now. Most people know us because we're right across from Jayam Company on Redhills Road. It’s a busy spot in Madhavaram, Puneri. John Agency isn't a huge operation, just a few of us here trying to keep things moving. We deal with various paperwork and agency tasks that people in the neighborhood need help with. It gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we like being where the action is. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files, but we know where everything is. It’s a local place. If you're walking down Redhills Road, you’ll see our sign. We started this because we saw a need in this part of town. The commute to the city is long, so having a place like ours right here in Madhavaram saves people a lot of time. We aren't fancy. There’s no big glass boardroom or anything. Just desks, computers, and us. We talk to the neighbors and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s simple work, really. We try to be clear about what we can do and what we can’t. People appreciate that honesty. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize most of the faces passing by. That’s the nice thing about being in a complex like Sri Sai Vasanth; you get to know the other shop owners and residents. It feels like home to us, despite the noise of the road.
