Star Pac India Ltd is located at Ac22B in the Sidco Industrial Estate at Thirumudivakkam. It’s a busy area, and we’ve been here long enough to know most of the neighbors. The estate has its own rhythm, with trucks arriving early and leaving late. Our building is mostly used for storing packaging materials and running our equipment. It’s a bit noisy when everything is running at once, but we’re used to the sound. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, whoever is nearest the door will help you out. We handle a lot of corrugated sheets and boxes. Sometimes the heat inside the warehouse gets pretty intense during May, so we try to start our shifts early to beat the sun. We aren't interested in making big promises or using corporate talk. We just focus on getting the dimensions right so the products fit perfectly. There have been times when the power would flicker and we’d have to reset everything, which is frustrating, but that’s part of life in an industrial zone. We’ve grown slowly over the years, adding a machine here and a rack there. Most of the people working here have stayed with us for a long time, which helps keep things steady. It’s a straightforward business where we show up, do the work, and go home. We just try to be reliable and do what needs doing for our customers.
