Star Engineering Services

You can find us at the Sidco Aiema Towers, specifically in Room 202 on the 1st Main Road. We’re right in the middle of the Ambattur Industrial Estate, which is a huge area with a lot of history. Star Engineering Services is a small operation, really. We spend most of our time looking at service manuals or out on-site fixing things that have stopped working. The office is where we keep all the tools and spare parts organized, or at least we try to keep them organized. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but it’s a good spot once you’re there. The estate is always full of sounds—metal clanging, engines running, and people shouting over the noise. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us by name. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from being nearby and being willing to show up when things go wrong. Sometimes we are working on something and realize we are missing a bolt, so one of us has to run out to a shop nearby. That’s just how it goes. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going, and the office usually smells like a mix of machine oil and old paper. It’s a practical life, and we are just glad to have a steady stream of work to keep us busy.
