S.R.Selvaraj Constructions is up here on the second floor of Ratna Buildings on T.T.K. Road. If you know Alwarpet, you know how the traffic can get during the morning rush. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. Most days, it’s just us dealing with blueprints and phone calls while the city moves outside. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get the planning done. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of files that seem to grow every week. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’re used to it. The area is pretty central, which makes it easier for people to find us, though parking is always a bit of a puzzle. We handle a lot of different construction tasks from here. It’s mostly about keeping things moving and making sure the sites have what they need. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times it’s a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once. We don't really go in for big speeches or glossy brochures. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things organized. The tea shop downstairs is a regular stop for us in the afternoons. It's just a regular bunch of folks here trying to build things right and keep the business running. We don't have a big corporate team, just the people you see when you walk in. That’s pretty much us.
