We are located at New No. 23, which used to be Old No. 12, over in Poes Garden, Chennai. It is a well-known part of the city, and we have been based here for a good number of years now. Our focus is mainly on civil work and general building projects. Construction in a city like Chennai can be a bit of a headache sometimes, what with the narrow streets and the traffic, but we have gotten used to the rhythm of it. We are just a group of people who know how to handle concrete, steel, and masonry. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of keeping a construction site moving. Whether it is fixing up an old wall or starting a new foundation, we just get on with it. The office in Poes Garden is where we handle the accounts and the permits, which is the part of the job nobody really enjoys but it has to be done. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites anyway. It is often hot and dusty, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Tamil Nadu, just a steady team that does decent work. People usually find us through word of mouth, which suits us just fine. It’s just how we have always operated.
