We are over in Ayanavaram at No. 13/5 on Kunjuthamgurusamy Street. Srikara Builders Private Limited is the name of our company. Chennai is a big place, but Ayanavaram has its own feel, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Our office is a modest space where we plan out the houses and buildings we work on. It’s often a bit noisy outside with the school nearby and the local traffic, but we don't mind it much. We spend a lot of our time talking to bricklayers, carpenters, and people who just want a roof over their heads. We don't have a big corporate team. It is just a few of us who have been in the building trade for years. We know which materials work best in this Chennai weather. Sometimes we sit on the plastic chairs outside and have a coffee while we discuss the next day's schedule. There are no polished presentations here. We just show people what we’ve done and let the work speak for itself. Kunjuthamgurusamy Street is where you can find us if you need to talk about a project. We try to be honest about how long things take because construction always has surprises. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn't want to be doing anything else. We are just regular builders trying to do a decent job in our neighborhood.
