Srijay Constructions Llp

We are over in Mogappair East, located at Plot No C2 12 450 on Bharathy Street in JJ Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main roads of Chennai. Srijay Constructions Llp operates out of this spot, and it’s basically just a few rooms where we handle all our business. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to local vendors about prices. Being in the 600037 area, we are close to a lot of our projects, which makes it easier to zip back and forth. The office usually has some dust on the shelves from all the site visits we do. We don't have a fancy meeting room, so if you come by, we’ll probably just talk over a desk cluttered with blueprints. We are just regular people who enjoy the process of seeing a building go up from nothing. It’s hard work, especially when the monsoon rains start, but we keep pushing through. We don't use any polished language because that's not who we are. We just tell it like it is and try to get the construction finished without any major hiccups. It’s a decent living and we like the people we work with. Most days are long, but seeing a finished house makes it worth the effort. It is just what we do every day.
