SRI VINAYAGA CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are located on the first floor at New No 40, which used to be Old No 27, on Unnamalai Ammal Street. It is just off North Usman Road in Chennai. Being in this part of the city means it is always crowded and there is a lot of energy around. Sri Vinayaga Constructions LLP is a small outfit. We do construction work, mostly around this side of Chennai. Our office isn't very large, but it serves us well for planning out the projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. It is not always easy with the traffic and the rain, but we manage. You can usually find someone here during the day, though we are often out on-site. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we have stayed right here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people and do the work they need. It is practical stuff, really. Sometimes we sit around and drink coffee while looking at blueprints. It is a lot of coordination between the workers and the suppliers. We just try to keep things moving so the projects don't stall. It is a simple way of working, without any corporate fluff. We just focus on what needs to be built next. Parking around here can be a bit of a nightmare during the busy hours. We usually tell people to come early if they are driving. It saves a lot of trouble.
