Sri Vari Associates

You’ll find us at No:3, Ganapathy Nagar, right on Arcod Road. We are directly opposite Naidu Hall in Porur. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there is always noise and people around. We like being in the middle of it all. Sri Vari Associates is a local business, through and through. We work on property stuff, helping people find homes or land in the Porur area and beyond. The office is small and functional. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of files. We don't go in for fancy decor or big presentations. Most of our work happens through word of mouth and people seeing our sign on Arcod Road. We know the local builders and the families who have lived here for generations. That helps us figure out where the good spots are. Some days are just spent waiting for the phone to ring, and other days we can’t keep up with the messages. We handle the documents and the meetings with the owners. It can be a bit of a grind, especially with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We just want to do a decent job for the folks who come to us. If you’re near Naidu Hall, you can’t miss us. We’re usually inside sorting through the latest listings.
