We are based over in Anna Nagar West, right on the 13th Main Road. Our office is at Door No.45, Plot No.1575, which is easy enough to find if you know the area. Sri Tanesha Affordable Homes Llp has been operating from here for some time now. Chennai is a crowded place, and finding a decent spot to build anything is getting tougher every year. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to people about where they want to live. It is not a glamorous job, mostly just dealing with permits and checking on the masonry work. The traffic on 13th Main can get pretty loud during the day, so there is always a bit of background noise while we are working. We are not a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It is just a small team here making sure the projects actually get finished. Some days are slow with a lot of waiting for materials, and other days we cannot seem to find enough hours. We focus on housing that people can actually pay for without going broke, which is why we chose the name we did.
