We’ve been operating out of this small office on 6th Street for a while now. It’s right in the Ram Nagar North area. Sri Sathyasai Housing And Property Developers Private Limited is just a few of us trying to get things built right. Madipakkam has changed a lot lately. We deal with plots and housing projects. Mostly, our days are spent checking on sites or dealing with paperwork at the office at Plot No: 5069A. It’s not always easy with the Chennai heat, but we stay busy. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about land prices in the neighborhood. We try to be helpful. Most of our work is right here in the local area. We know these streets well. The office is easy to find if you know the landmark. Usually, there’s a lot of noise from the nearby traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle the property side of things and try to make sure the building work moves along as it should. It is a lot of back and forth with contractors and workers. We keep our records here in the Madipakkam office. If you’re looking for us, we are usually around during regular hours unless we are out at a site visit somewhere else in Chennai. That’s pretty much what we do day in and day out. It gets busy during the rainy season because we have to keep an eye on the drainage at the sites. Everyone here knows each other.
