We are located on the second floor of 163/1 Prakasam Salai, right in the Broadway area. Sri Sarbati Steel Tubes Limited has been around for a long time in this part of the city. Broadway is always packed with people and traffic, and our office is right in the thick of it. We deal mainly with steel tubes of all sorts. The office is a bit old-fashioned, with tall ceilings and lots of ledgers, but that is just how things are done here. Most of our business comes from long-time customers who have been buying from us for decades. We do not really use much technology beyond the basics; we prefer talking to people directly or over the phone. Dealing with steel tubes means we are constantly looking at specifications and sizes. It is a very detailed kind of job. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we are used to them. It is a busy atmosphere with the sounds of the street coming through the windows all day. We are not interested in being a big, polished corporation. We are just a group of people who know the steel tube market inside and out. Every day is about managing stocks and making sure the deliveries are on their way to the different sites. It is steady work in a historic part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
