If you are ever on Eldams Road in Teynampet, you might have passed by Alsa Regency. That is where SRI SAISHAN CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based. We are in unit G-11 at No 165/10. It’s a well-known building in a very central part of Chennai. Working in Teynampet means we are right in the heart of everything, which is great for meeting people but a bit of a headache when it comes to parking. We do a lot of different construction jobs. It’s mostly just us and a small team making sure things get built properly. We don’t use any of those flashy corporate slogans. We’re more interested in whether the brickwork is straight and if the plumbing is going to hold up. The office is a place where we drink tea and go over the schedules for the week. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the local real estate market and we're still here doing our thing. It takes a lot of patience to work in construction in a city like this. You have to deal with the rain, the heat, and the constant noise. But we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take our work seriously but we’re just regular people at the end of the day. We like the fact that our office is in a place like Alsa Regency because it’s easy for folks to find us when they need something built. We spend our time managing materials and keeping the sites moving forward.
