Sri Prabhuthraa Designers and Developers Private Limited is based out of Ponni Nagar in Karambakkam. Specifically, we're at Door No: 4/1, Plot No: 3 on Paari Street. It’s a residential-feeling area, which is nice for a change of pace. We do both the design side and the actual development. This means we spend half our time drawing up plans and the other half making sure those plans actually work in the real world. Sometimes what looks good on paper doesn't fit the site, so we have to adjust. It’s a lot of problem-solving. We’ve got a small office here where we handle the blueprints and the permits. Thiruvallur is growing fast, and being in the Karambakkam area keeps us right where the action is. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our desks are messy with sketches and site notes. We try to be direct with everyone we deal with. It’s about getting the building right, not about having a polished office. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. We work long hours because there’s always something that needs attention. Whether it’s a design tweak or a delivery that didn't show up, we just deal with it as it comes. It's a busy life, but it's what we know. We just focus on doing a decent job on every plot we work on.
