It’s often hot, and the fans are always going, but we’re used to the Chennai weather by now. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with other builders and making sure the electricals don't clash with the plumbing. It’s a lot of puzzle-solving, really. Some days are long, starting early before the sun gets too high and finishing well after dark. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just rely on the work we’ve already done to show people what we can do. It’s a straightforward way of living.
